The National Duals is wrestled over the Memorial Day holiday weekend. This is an opportunity to determine the best club/state teams in the country for the elementary, middle school, and high school divisions. The National Wrestling Duals is the largest dual meet, team event in the history of scholastic wrestling. Last year, 108 teams, with 1,900 individual wrestlers representing 21 states competed in this event. It is an honor to represent your club or state and compete in "The Battle at the Beach". STRAWBERRY TREATS

In honor of this weekend's Pungo Strawberry Festival, here are two great, easy recipes using fresh strawberries:

Strawberry Yogurt Pie

2 (8 ounce) containers strawberry flavored yogurt

1 (12 ounce) container frozen cool whip, thawed

1 cup strawberries, finely chopped

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

 Mix yogurt with 3 and 1/2 cups of cool whip. Sweeten the strawberries, if necessary. Mix in strawberries and spoon into crust. 

Freeze overnight, or if you can't wait try 3 hours or until firm. Top with remaining cool whip ...
