My children are avid Disney Junior watchers and have been seeing the promos for “Doc McStuffins” for the last few weeks. So when I was offered the chance to show them an advanced screening of this great new show, I was ecstatic (and so were my kids!)

The scene is Baltimore in the 1940s, and it's opening night of a production of Shakespeare's "The Taming of the Shrew." The play is interrupted as the backstage drama between the lead actors takes center stage. Throw in two gangsters, an on-stage spanking, and some unbearable heat, and you get a hilarious musical!

Green Bean and Tomato Salad
This is a salad I recently made for a family event, it was such a huge hit that I wanted to share it!
1 Bag frozen green beans
1 Cup sweet grape tomatoes (I cut mine in half)
1/2 Cup diced red onion
3/4 Cup feta cheese
3/4 Cup walnut pieces
1 Cup Lemon Vinaigrette salad dressing (any store bought brand will do)
1 Lemon
