Fast, easy, fun and cheap homemade Play Dough!
I've developed this particular recipe for homemade dough through a couple years of trial and error. It's easy and fast, no cooking necessary, and uses ingredients that you probably already have. (Read the note on alum.)
What you need:
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 cup salt
- 6 tsp alum
- 7 tbl oil
- 1/2 cup water

These are very low calories and you can throw in whatever veggies you have in the fridge. My kids actually enjoyed this one. One at the mixture in the lettuce cups and the other ate the mixture straight up. Some chopped peanuts add great texture and flavor too!
Ingredients:
- 5 ounce Bamboo shoots, canned, drained
- 1 carrot, shredded or diced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced thinly
- 12 leafs - Butterhead, Boston bibb, separated, washed and dried
