Norfolk Botanical Garden is celebrating the whole month of February by offering $5 admission to the gardens every day and opening their paved walking paths to bikes!
In addition, February 4th, NBG is hosting The Big Bike Bash! The Garden is partnering with East Coast Bicycles for a fun-filled day that celebrates all things bikes! Join us in the Baker Hall Visitor Center and parking lot for a variety of biking activities. Local bike crafter, Wes Cheney, will be on hand building a special bike made out of bamboo. For just $5 garden visitors can also make a pair of custom, bamboo handlebar grips with Wes. Learn more East Coast Bicycles will bring some of their most unique bikes.Safety City will set a special bike safety course set up for the kids to practice their skills.Take a bike tour through the Garden with local bike guide, Cindy Lewis. The Garden will also give away free bike helmets and door prizes throughout the day. And don’t forget to save your appetite for what the Granby High School Athletic Booster Club has cooking!
To celebrate February Fun Month at NBG, Macaroni Kid is giving away TWO admission passes every week during the month of February!
